Yes. If you are in possession of the appropriate tools and abilities, an "Owner Builder" permit can be obtained. Owner-Builder permits are issued only to the legal owner of a property.

- Plan check expiration: From the time of approval, applicant has 180 days to obtain building permits.
- Permit expiration: From the time of permit issuance, applicant has two years until expiration.
