How to Obtain a Business License
The City has partnered with HdL Companies to provide services for the Business License program beginning 8/25/2025. Please see below for additional information relating to obtaining and renewing your business license through the online portal.
For NEW BUSINESS LICENSE applications, please apply online at ceres.hdlgov.com.
For RENEWALS and QUARTERLY REPORTS, please submit the renewal online at ceres.hdlgov.com . If would like to pay by check, please contact the Business Support Center by emailing ceres@hdlgov.com or calling (209) 229-4792 for assistance.
