Consumer Confidence Reports

The Annual Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) covers water quality data and is distributed to consumers by July 1st for the preceding year. The preparation of the CCR is required by Health & Safety Code §116470 and California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 4, Chapter 15, Article 20. 

Public Health Goals

Health & Safety Code §116470(b) also requires public water systems with more than 10,000 service connections that detect contaminants above their public health goals (PHGs) to provide PHG exceedance reports every three years.

Urban Water Management Plan

The East Stanislaus Regional Water Management Partnership was formed in 2011 to create the East Stanislaus Integrated Regional Water Management (IRWM) planning region and begin the planning process.

An IRWM Plan will be developed for the Region to identify projects and measures to be implemented to meet the Region’s water goals. For more information, visit the Integrated Regional Water Management website.
